Got down to business, made myself lunch. I call it,
1986 miso aglio olio topped with sautéed chicken breasts sauce reduction.

Recently I started going to the gym in hope to attain a better physique (because im vain) and doing so requires strict diet with little or no saturated fats. Therefore its better if i have my meals at home so I could regulate the amount of salt, sugar and oil. Not being too health conscious here, but health is wealth. Just saying.
